What else can I do to make my computer faster/free up space?
Deleting programs is not an option, so please don’t suggest that.

Increase the computer’s speed by installing more RAM. Freeing up space on the hard drive can make a lil difference but prolly you have so many items in start up that it is eating most of the RAM. So clear out the unnecessary start up times & max out the RAM. Crucial.com is a great place to buy & also they offer expert advice.
