How can you run faster, and shoot the ball faster in soccer?

I have read a lot of guides, and text’s on Google and stuff, and I know that speed is the main thing to make you shoot harder. Do you have any advice to make you run faster? I know running up stairs and stuff. It would be really helpful if someone had a book, and they could share some of the excersises that is there. Please help, I would really appreciate it.

put a rope on the ground put 1 of your 2 feet in front and the second behind the rope like this :

there are 4 steps :
1- you put ur other foot at the right of ur foor ( u move ur other foot over the rope and next to ur foot)
2- next u put ur foot at the left where ur other foot was
3- and then u put ur other foot where it was
4- and then u put ur foot where it was
and u do it again and again ( if you do this 30 min per day for 1 month u will run double fast u runned at the beginning of the month )
(btw u dont need a rope simply something that seperates ur 1st foot from ur 2nd 
)
